Standard Hourly Rates:
- Onsite Support: $125/hour
- Onsite Server Support: $150/hour
- After Hours Support: 1.5x rate
- Phone/Online Support: $35/15minutes
- Trip Fee: $25

You don’t pay until the job is finished and if we can’t fix your computer you don’t pay. We accept personal checks and credit cards with a picture ID. Payment expected at time of service, all transactions require signed and dated invoices.
